Do I need experience to join?

Not at all. We welcome complete beginners through advanced athletes. Our coaches tailor training to your experience, fitness level, and goals.

What should I expect in my first session?

You’ll learn the basics, get a great workout, and meet your coach. We focus on proper technique, safety, and making you feel comfortable from day one.

Do I need to be in shape before starting?

Nope—that’s why you’re here. We help you build strength, conditioning, and confidence at your own pace.

What types of training do you offer?

We offer boxing fitness, technical boxing, jiu jitsu, strength & conditioning, and private or semi-private training. Programs vary by coach and schedule.

Do you offer private training?

Yes. Private sessions are available and fully customized to your goals. Fill out the form on our Private Training page.

Are classes mixed level?

Most classes are mixed level, with coaches providing modifications and progressions. Beginners welcome.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. We recommend booking on our app as spots are limited and classes can fill up quickly.

What membership options do you offer?

We offer monthly memberships, and private training packages. Visit our membership page or contact us for details.

Do I need my own gloves or gear?

For your first few sessions, loaner gear is available. Long-term members are encouraged to purchase their own gloves and wraps for hygiene and fit.

What should I wear?

Comfortable athletic clothing and clean indoor training shoes. 

Do you offer trial classes?

Yes! We offer an intro session, see our buy a class page and 'Try Glove & Crown'. You can experience the classes before committing.


Is parking available?

Yes we have a parking lot and free street parking.
