A proper boxing fitness class. We warm up, get into a bit of shadowboxing, then dive into 3 x 3-minute rounds—rotating between strength, cardio, and bag work (and of course mitts). We finish with a tough little finisher round and some core to top it off. All levels welcome—just show up, ready to graft!

BAG BLAST

Bag Blast is a high-energy, full-body workout built around boxing, strength, and conditioning. We'll start with a bit of jump rope, stretch out a little, and then get into a short power prep to get your body switched on. From there, the class alternates between focused heavy bag rounds and structured full body strength work. Expect fast hands, solid combos, and a bit of movement on the bags — nothing fancy, just good, honest work. Strength rounds are simple and effective, hitting the whole body without overthinking it. We’ll finish off with a short, cardio blast to empty whatever’s left in the tank. All levels welcome — just turn up and give it a go.
