Welcome to Glove & Crown Gym LLC. By purchasing a membership, booking a class, or using our facilities, website, or mobile applications, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership & Eligibility

  • Memberships are available to individuals 18 years or older, or minors with written parental/guardian consent.

  • All members must complete any required waivers or health disclosures prior to participation.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

2. Membership Plans & Billing

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

  • Billing occurs automatically on the same day each billing cycle.

  • Failed or declined payments may result in suspended access until resolved.

  • Prices and plan details are subject to change with reasonable notice.

3. Class Access & Reservations

  • Class access is subject to the specific terms of your membership plan.

  • Reservations may be required and are available through our app or website.

  • Individual class sessions expire after one day unless otherwise specified.

  • Missed classes or late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Memberships may be canceled by providing 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Refunds are not provided for unused classes, missed sessions, or partial billing periods.

  • Promotional or discounted memberships may have additional restrictions.

5. Facility Rules & Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Follow all posted gym rules and staff instructions

  • Use equipment properly and safely

  • Treat staff and fellow members with respect

  • Refrain from harassment, intimidation, or unsafe behavior

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of gym policies.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical training, sparring, and fitness activities involves inherent risks, including injury or illness. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glove & Crown Gym LLC is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or property damage

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings

  • Injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Glove & Crown Gym LLC and may not be used without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
